Cutsheet

Terms of Service

Effective date: April 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Cutsheet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TechByBrewski LLC ("we", "us", or "Cutsheet").

2. Description of service

Cutsheet is a field service management platform for lawn care contractors. It provides scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and payment collection tools, as well as a contractor-branded public website. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Per-transaction platform fees apply as described on the pricing page. All fees are in USD. We use Stripe to process payments; standard card processing rates (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply in addition to our platform fee. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit spam or malicious code, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Contractor public pages

If you enable a public contractor page, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish. Cutsheet is not responsible for service claims, pricing, or representations made on contractor pages.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TechByBrewski LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechByBrewski LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
