Cutsheet

Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 20, 2026

1. Who we are

Cutsheet is operated by TechByBrewski LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account registration details (name, email, business name)
  • Customer and job data you enter into the Service
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Communications with our support team

We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and device identifiers.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process payments and send invoices on your behalf
  • To send transactional emails (job confirmations, payment receipts)
  • To send product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time)
  • To respond to support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Firebase (Google) — database and authentication infrastructure
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TechByBrewski, our users, or others.

5. Contractor public pages

If you publish a contractor public page, information you choose to display (business name, service area, services, phone number) is publicly visible. Homeowner inquiry submissions are stored and forwarded to you; we do not use them for marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain records for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, then delete them. Financial transaction records may be retained longer as required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@cutsheet.work. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, if enabled, use privacy-preserving tools that do not track individuals across sites.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the Service. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
